Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) was one of VMware’s business priorities. To create a diverse and inclusive working culture, VMware implemented many campaigns and initiatives, including Power of Difference communities (PODs), which are employee-driven groups that help drive representation, amplify the voices of underrepresented groups, and foster an inclusive culture. There are Global PODs for geographic locations and Demo PODs to strengthen networks for women and underrepresented groups. The company also celebrated multiple heritage months throughout the year globally.

Contributions: Conceptualized and designed the POD identity system, created templates for all branded marketing materials and merchandise. Worked on brand strategy and solutions. Trained and passionate Accessibility Advocate dedicated to providing brand training and art direction to promote inclusive design, and helped building a diverse company culture.
